Pokud t\u00e9to mo\u017enosti vyu\u017e\u00edt nem\u016f\u017eete, nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 d\u011blat si z poplatk\u016f t\u011b\u017ekou hlavu. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b, kdy se \u00faroky hypot\u00e9k zvy\u0161uj\u00ed, sni\u017euj\u00ed banky dokonce citeln\u011b sv\u00e9 sankce a poplatky za p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 splacen\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky. Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 257\/2016 Sb. o spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9m \u00fav\u011bru upevnil pozici spot\u0159ebitele a umo\u017enil p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 splacen\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky. Nyn\u00ed lze hypot\u00e9ku splatit jak \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9, tak tak\u00e9 kompletn\u011b a to kdykoliv po celou dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed hypote\u010dn\u00edho \u00fav\u011bru.<\/p>\n<h2>Zp\u016fsoby p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho splacen\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mb-0\">Existuj\u00ed 4 varianty p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho splacen\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky zdarma.
