Jak se&nbsp;ale ve&nbsp;velk\u00e9 nab\u00eddce poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zorientovat? Na&nbsp;co&nbsp;si d\u00e1t pozor a&nbsp;jak porozum\u011bt \u0159e\u010di poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed? Nikoliv \u2013 oba typy ochrany je&nbsp;mo\u017en\u00e9 sjednat pro&nbsp;oba druhy nemovitost\u00ed. Znamen\u00e1 to&nbsp;tedy, \u017ee&nbsp;i&nbsp;pro&nbsp;klasick\u00e9 byty je&nbsp;dostupn\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti.<\/p>\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti je&nbsp;takov\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9&nbsp;kryje \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 na&nbsp;stavebn\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1stech, kter\u00fdmi jsou podlahy, s\u00e1drokartonov\u00e9 stropy, st\u0159echa, obklady, ale i&nbsp;radi\u00e1tory a&nbsp;kotel \u2013 jednodu\u0161e v\u0161e, co&nbsp;je&nbsp;se&nbsp;stavbou pevn\u011b spojen\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti si m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit tak, \u017ee&nbsp;kdy\u017e&nbsp;dom\u00e1cnost oto\u010d\u00edme vzh\u016fru nohama, v\u0161e, co&nbsp;vypadne, pat\u0159\u00ed do&nbsp;poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti \u2013 jsou to&nbsp;tedy movit\u00e9 v\u011bci, m\u016f\u017eeme je&nbsp;libovoln\u011b p\u0159em\u00edstit nap\u0159. n\u00e1bytek, elektrospot\u0159ebi\u010de, n\u00e1dob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Nastaven\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky<\/h2>\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti by&nbsp;m\u011blo b\u00fdt nastaven\u00e9 na&nbsp;takovou \u010d\u00e1stku, aby&nbsp;jej bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 postavit znovu na&nbsp;stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b a&nbsp;v&nbsp;aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm \u010dase. Pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka se&nbsp;tedy \u010dasto li\u0161\u00ed od&nbsp;tr\u017en\u00ed ceny. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b podhodnocen\u00e9ho majetku by&nbsp;poji\u0161\u0165ovna uplat\u0148ovala tzv. podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je&nbsp;poji\u0161\u0165ovna opr\u00e1vn\u011bna v\u00e1m sn\u00ed\u017eit pojistn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed ve&nbsp;stejn\u00e9m pom\u011bru, v&nbsp;jak\u00e9m je&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161e pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky ke&nbsp;skute\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i pojistn\u00e9 hodnoty poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho majetku. Pojistitel uplatn\u00ed podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, pokud je&nbsp;pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed o&nbsp;v\u00edce jak 20&nbsp;% ne\u017e \u010d\u00e1stka odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 hodnot\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 v\u011bci bezprost\u0159edn\u011b p\u0159ed&nbsp;pojistnou ud\u00e1lost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V&nbsp;p\u0159ekladu to&nbsp;znamen\u00e1, \u017ee&nbsp;kdy\u017e&nbsp;m\u00e1te nemovitost poji\u0161t\u011bnou na&nbsp;1&nbsp;mil. K\u010d ale jej\u00ed hodnota v&nbsp;dob\u011b pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti bude 2&nbsp;mil. K\u010d, vznikne \u0161koda v&nbsp;hodnot\u011b 500&nbsp;tis.&nbsp;K\u010d, poji\u0161\u0165ovna v&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyplat\u00ed 250&nbsp;tis.&nbsp;K\u010d. Je&nbsp;to&nbsp;logick\u00e9. Z&nbsp;1&nbsp;mil. K\u010d bylo placeno pojistn\u00e9. O&nbsp;polovinu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e m\u011blo b\u00fdt, \u00fam\u011brn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed bude i&nbsp;pln\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wp-resources\/srovnator.cz\/2021\/10\/nejcastejsi-vyjimky-z-pojisteni-nemovitosti-domacnosti3-770x511.jpg\" alt=\"Dom\u00e1cnost\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>V&nbsp;opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee nastat tzv. p\u0159epoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Tedy situace, kdy&nbsp;je&nbsp;pojistn\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e by&nbsp;odpov\u00eddalo re\u00e1ln\u00e9 cen\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 v\u011bci. Poji\u0161\u0165ovna v\u0161ak nepostupuje obdobn\u011b jako u&nbsp;podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, ale pln\u011bn\u00ed bude odpov\u00eddat pouze skute\u010dn\u00e9 cen\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho majetku. V&nbsp;praxi to&nbsp;znamen\u00e1, \u017ee&nbsp;kdy\u017e&nbsp;m\u00e1te dom\u00e1cnost poji\u0161t\u011bnou na&nbsp;500&nbsp;tis.&nbsp;K\u010d a&nbsp;p\u0159i&nbsp;pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti se&nbsp;zjist\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp;hodnota majetku dosahovala pouze 300&nbsp;tis.&nbsp;K\u010d, poji\u0161\u0165ovna vyplat\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 300&nbsp;tis.&nbsp;K\u010d.<\/p>\n<h2>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed aktualizujte<\/h2>\n<p>Za&nbsp;p\u011bt let se&nbsp;toho zm\u011bn\u00ed hodn\u011b, narod\u00ed se&nbsp;v\u00e1m potomek a&nbsp;po\u0159\u00edd\u00edte spoustu nov\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed do&nbsp;dom\u00e1cnosti. Stejn\u011b tak&nbsp;by&nbsp;se&nbsp;m\u011bla m\u011bnit i&nbsp;va\u0161e pojistka. S&nbsp;n\u00e1r\u016fstem majetku si proto nechte pojistnou \u010d\u00e1stku nav\u00fd\u0161it, aby&nbsp;odpov\u00eddala re\u00e1ln\u00e9 hodnot\u011b. Net\u00fdk\u00e1 se&nbsp;to&nbsp;ale jenom dom\u00e1cnosti i&nbsp;poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti by&nbsp;se&nbsp;m\u011blo pravideln\u011b aktualizovat. Jednak rekonstrukce nebo p\u0159\u00edstavby zvy\u0161uj\u00ed hodnotu majetku, ale i&nbsp;vlivem ekonomiky roste cena nemovitost\u00ed nahoru.
